RECURRING & ONE TIME PAYMENTS VS. ACH AUTO DRAFT
These are two different options:
Recurring Payments/One Time Payments (Processing fees apply)
•With recurring & one time payments, you choose the amount, the date, and how often the payment is sent.
•You will find this option by clicking the green “Make a Payment” button on your dashboard.
•This does not automatically adjust to match your assessment balance.
•There will be a software processing fee.
o3.5% for Card
o$1.99 for Bank Account
ACH Auto Draft (The Only Free Option Through the Portal)
•This option automatically withdraws only the current assessment amount owed when dues are applied to your account.
•You do not choose the amount or frequency — it drafts the balance due based on your association’s billing schedule (monthly, quarterly, semi, or annually) on the 3rd day of that period.
•There is no processing fee for this service.
