| Greetings! FLAGSTAFF, Ariz – City of Flagstaff Public WorksNotice of Change in Services – Thursday, December 25th, 2025 & January 1, 2026. In observance of Christmas and New Years Day, we will be operating on a modified schedules Thursday, December 25th and January 1.RESIDENTIAL COLLECTIONSFor both Thursdays, we will be operating on a modified schedule. If your regular TRASH pickup falls on Thursday, 12/25/2025, and 1/1/2026 your service will be moved to Friday, (12/26/2025 and 1/2/2026). Please have your containers out by 6:00 AM on Friday to ensure pickup.**Due to heavy routes on Friday any cans not collected Friday will be picked up Saturday.** If your RECYCLE is serviced on Thursday (12/25/2025 and 1/1/2026), your service will move to Wednesday (12/24/2025 and 12/31/2025).No other collection days will be affected. Only Thursday routes are impacted. ***************This modification ONLY affects Thursday routes********************** COMMERCIAL ROUTESThere will be no COMMERCIAL or COMMERCIAL RECYCLING services on Thursday, December 25th and January 1. Commercial customers will have trash and recycling collected throughout the week to make up for the holiday. Cinder Lake Landfill – 6770 E. Landfill RdThe Cinder Lake Landfill will be CLOSED on Thursday, 12/25/2025 and 1/1/2026, and will reopen on Friday, 12/26/2025 and 1/2/2026. Hazardous Products Center – 6770 E. Landfill RdThe Hazardous Products Center will be CLOSED on Thursday, 12/25/2025 and 1/1/2026. We will reopen on Friday, 12/26/2025 and 1/2/2026 at 08:00 AM. Recycling Center – Materials Recovery FacilityThe Recycling Center on Butler Avenue will be CLOSED on Thursday, 12/25/2025. We will reopen on Friday, 12/26/2025 at 07:00 AM.
